Jamie Partners brilliantly transformed an old Cheese shop into a slim lounge-like space for Gaijin Noodle + Sake House. This stylish Japanese restaurant lounge and bar includes custom wood screens, street art and a displayed robata grill to create a culturally inspired atmosphere in the heart of San Diego’s Gaslamp District.
